Tuition is payable in advance for all students. Tuition is due on the first school day of the month or week depending on your payment plan ( weekly, monthly or quarterly ). Pre-school students are required to pay their first month's tuition in advance by May 15 Th. Then payments are due on the first of each month beginning on your first day of school (always paying one month in advance).

Day Care students are required to prepay their first & last week before attending. All registration fees, tuition and deposits are non-refundable.

A registration fee is required when you enroll your child and then again each March thereafter. This registration process will secure your placement for our fall enrollment.


A late charge will be added to any student's tuition who is not picked up or dropped off at their regularly scheduled time.

There will be a fifteen dollar service charge for all checks returned by the bank unpaid.

We require a one month written notice from all students who plan to discontinue services or one month's tuition.

Termination of enrollment privileges may be recommended by the administrator for a variety of reasons. Those students who this applies to shall receive one written warning before termination is suggested.

Busy Bee Pre-School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, national origin, marital status, or disability.

Guideline for Tuition Credits / Busy Bee Bucks

Offer applies to new students only 

Previously enrolled students are not eligible. Regardless of their current status.

New student must enroll and remain enrolled for 90 days in order to qualify. 

Busy Bee Bucks may be taken in the form of cash or tuition credits. Students with a past due balance are not eligible to take Busy Bee Bucks in the form of cash. If tuition is past due, the busy bee bucks must be used to reduce the amount of the past due tuition. 

Former students are eligible and will receive Busy Bee Bucks in the form of cash only.

Each family may refer more that one new student and the same rules apply. 

New students must mention the referral at the time they register in order to qualify. The registration form will ask for the referring student if any. In order to qualify this form must be completed at the time of registration.
